Welcome to Glowbli. By creating an account or using Glowbli, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can use Glowbli

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Accounts

Clients may create a free account to browse professionals, save favorites and leave reviews. Beauty professionals may create a profile and, where applicable, purchase a membership. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

3. Professional profiles and content

Professionals are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Glowbli. You keep ownership of the photos, videos, descriptions and other content you upload, and you grant Glowbli a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform and in related promotion. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, including permission from anyone shown in a photo.

4. Reviews and conduct

Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand experience. You may not post content that is false, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or that infringes someone else's rights. Professionals may not review their own profile or pay for reviews. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Bookings and payments between clients and professionals

Glowbli is a discovery platform. Any service, appointment, price, cancellation policy or payment arranged between a client and a professional is a contract between those two parties. Glowbli is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or outcome of services performed.

6. Memberships and billing

Paid memberships renew automatically for the period selected until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these Terms. If we make a material change we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continuing to use Glowbli after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or create legal risk for the platform.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Glowbli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glowbli is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for disputes between clients and professionals.
