When you create an account we collect your name, email address and password. Clients may also provide their city so we can show nearby professionals. Professionals provide business details such as business name, location, service area, contact details, pricing, hours, portfolio photos and videos, and optional license information.

2. Information collected automatically

We collect basic usage information such as pages viewed, searches run, profile views, and general device and browser data. This helps us keep the platform working, prevent abuse, and give professionals simple analytics about how often their profile is seen.

3. How we use information

We use your information to create and secure your account, show professionals to clients, display reviews and portfolios, process memberships and payments, send account and service emails, provide analytics to professionals, and moderate content reported to us.

4. What other people can see

Your public professional profile — including business name, location, portfolio, services, promotions and reviews — is visible to anyone. Reviews display your first name and last initial and your profile photo if you have one. Your email address, phone number and license documents are never shown publicly unless you choose to publish them on your profile.

5. Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run Glowbli, including hosting and database services, email delivery, and payment processing. They only receive the information needed to perform their service, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies and storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings, though signing in may then be required again.

7. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile is removed from public view and your data is deleted after a short recovery window, except where we must keep records for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.
